The titanium sports water bottle is made of biologically friendly titanium material, known for its lightweight, high strength, hardness, and environmental safety. It is non-toxic, harmless to the human body, and suitable for long-term use. The product is equipped with an independent anti-counterfeiting code, ensuring its quality. With an exclusive integrated pot body design, the bottle features no welding on the body and bottom, providing a seamless and easy-to-clean construction (a technology currently unique to Kaisi). The threaded lid is equipped with a healthy food-grade silicone sealing ring, ensuring airtightness and preventing leaks. It can be used to hold tea, wine, coffee, beverages, and other foods (note: do not seal sparkling soda water or carbonated drinks to prevent lid popping due to gas expansion). This series offers three options: 400ml (Ti3030), 550ml (Ti3031), and 700ml (Ti3032). Each bottle comes with an original kettle cover, which is anti-scald and heat-insulated, making it suitable for carrying or hanging.

Please note that this is not a traditional insulated kettle, as it features a single-layer construction with a thickness of approximately 0.4MM. Its main advantage lies in its lightweight nature and pure titanium composition, which does not produce harmful residues at high temperatures. Pure titanium is a metal material widely used in the medical field for implantation, ensuring that boiled water is free from BPA or excessive metal ions to a great extent. In snowy environments, the pure titanium single-layer kettle outperforms double-layer insulation due to its lightweight nature and safe instant heating function.

Question: Why is the kettle lid sucked?

Answer: After filling the kettle with hot water, ensure that the lid is tightly screwed on. When the hot water cools down, you may notice that the lid is difficult to unscrew due to suction. This occurs because the air pressure inside the kettle differs from the outside. To resolve this issue, simply use two toothpicks to pierce the gap in the sealing ring of the pot lid while applying upward force to release the pressure. Once you hear a puffing sound, the lid can be easily opened. The new titanium lid has been improved with a vent design, making it easier to address this situation.

Question: How can I reduce the friction sound of the titanium kettle lid?

Answer: As the titanium lid and the pot are both metal, some sound may occur when they rub against each other. The sound may be slightly noticeable in new kettles. To reduce the sound, fill the kettle with water, turn it upside down, and twist the titanium lid back and forth several times. This should help alleviate the noise. Additionally, with prolonged use, the sound will gradually decrease.

Question: The kettle bag seems too small. What should I do?

Answer: The kettle bag is made of high-elasticity diving suit material. It may feel tight during the initial use. Simply pull it up firmly to the neck of the bottle. The fit will become looser upon subsequent uses, providing an ideal fit. The kettle bag offers excellent heat preservation and insulation properties.
